Personal Consultation
We’ll schedule a one-on-one online appointment to understand your style, materials preferences, timeline, and budget. This is where the journey truly begins.

Design Proposal
Our designers will translate your ideas into initial sketches and concepts. Together, we refine the direction until it feels just right — a perfect balance between imagination and craftsmanship.
4.
CAD Rendering
Once the design is approved, we create a detailed 3D CAD model (Computer-Aided Design) that brings your piece to life in digital form. This step ensures every angle and proportion is considered before moving to production.
5.
Price Quote
After the CAD is finalised, we will request a production quote based on the design and materials. This quote will be shared with you before moving forward with the final creation.
6.
Craftsmanship
Your piece is handcrafted by our skilled artisans using ethically sourced materials and time-honoured techniques. It will be brought to life in a heritage atelier in Italy, where precision and passion come together to honour the art of fine jewellery.
7.
Delivery & Storytelling
Your bespoke piece arrives beautifully presented, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and the story behind its creation — a timeless keepsake with your spirit at its core.
A little note
To begin your bespoke journey, we require a non-refundable €200 design fee, which covers the design consultation, concept development, and CAD rendering. This fee applies exclusively to custom-made products and does not impact the pricing or customization options of existing items.
Should you choose not to proceed with production after receiving the price quote, you are under no obligation to continue.
If desired, we are happy to provide you with the CAD file, allowing you the freedom to produce the piece elsewhere.
