- In Austria: Deliveries are made through national postal services or other viabile services.
- The rest of Europe: Deliveries are made via reliable courier services.
Deliveries and Returns
- Delivery Time: Between 5 to 6 weeks, depending on the destination. Delivery time may vary based on product availability in stock or if a special order is required.
- Shipping Costs: Included.
- Insurance: All ASCHA Jewelry parcels are 100% insured until the final delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days of receiving the package, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition: no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- The return must include all original accessories and packaging, as well as the warranty certificate and purchase invoice.
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Options for Return or Exchange:
- Exchange the product for another of equal or greater value.
- Refund of the paid amount, excluding third-party fees (bank transfer fees, Stripe charges, currency exchange differences, etc.).
