10. Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the conditions detailed in the Return Policy. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or different from what was ordered.
11. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failures in execution caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.
12.Bespoke Services Terms
At Ascha Jewelry, we offer a Bespoke design service for clients seeking a fully personalized piece. To initiate the custom design process, a non-refundable advance fee of 200€ will be charged for the creation of a completely new design.
Our Process
1. Initial Contact: The client contacts us with their custom jewelry idea or request.
2. Concept Consultation: We will discuss the concept, design preferences, and inspirations to understand the client’s vision.
3. Sketch Creation: Based on the consultation, we will provide a hand or digital sketch of the proposed design.
4. Sketch Approval & CAD Development: Once the sketch is approved, we will create a detailed 3D CAD model of the piece and request a production quote from our atelier.
5. Final Quote & Decision: The client will receive the final production price. At this stage, they can decide whether to proceed with the order.
If the client chooses not to proceed, the 200€ design fee remains non-refundable, covering the time and resources invested in the design process. However, the client may request to receive the final CAD file should they wish to produce the piece elsewhere.
